Nick Trapani

Head Remedial Therapist/Director


With more than 6 years experience in Remedial Massage for Sports, Nick is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist with the A.A.M.T and brings years of experience to his treatments.  He currently works with Melbourne Football Club as a Sports Trainer & Therapist and treats both elite and recreational athletes with remedial massage techniques.



Anthony Luca

Clinical Myotherapist 


Anthony has a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and a member of the Myotherapist's Association Australia (MAA). He utilizes modalities like dry needling, joint mobilizations, massage, muscle-energy techniques, cupping, joint mobilizations and exercise when addressing a patient's needs from an evidence-based approach. Anthony specializes in treating TMJ (jaw), headache and neck pain, as well as exercise and weightlifting induced injuries.  Anthony is also a competitive powerlifter who has represented Australia on the international stage. He is currently ranked #2 in Australia for the junior 74kg division and #9 across all ages.  Anthony has worked with the Melbourne Rebels Rugby Club, and was employed as the head therapist at the Brunswick City Soccer Club in the National Premier League.


Rose Koteski

Remedial Therapist


With more than 5 years’ experience in remedial massage and a member of AAMT, Rose is experienced in deep tissue, sports massage, pregnancy, dry needling and stretching.

Rose’s personal goal as a remedial therapist is to not only provide pain relief, but to also educate her clients on causes, symptoms and rehabilitation techniques

Edvin Ahmetspahic

Remedial Therapist


Edvin is highly dedicated remedial/sports massage therapist with extensive experience working in the massage field in clinics, sports environments and with various soccer clubs.  Graduated from Australian college of sport therapy where he has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills about massage and the human body.

Edvin uses a range of techniques/styles in his massages, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, rehabilitation and sports injury treatment. 

Elli Chapman

Clinical Myotherapist 


Elli completed her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy from RMIT in 2014 and is a current 

member of the Myotherapist’s Association of Australia (MAA). Elli utilizes many techniques in her treatments, including trigger point therapy, dry needling, deep tissue massage, pre and post-natal massage, hot and cold therapies, passive/active  muscle stretching, and corrective and rehabilitative exercises.


Elli has worked at many elite sporting events such as the Ironman Asia-Pacific 

Championship, the AFL International Cup, and the AFL Draft and Indigenous Camps.


Growing up in Warrnambool, Elli loves spending a lot of time outdoors and playing netball  and basketball, both of which she has represented at high levels. Being an avid sports fan,  she specialises in sports related injuries and maintenance, as well as lower back and neck  aches and pains.

Helen Trapani

Clinic Practice Manager


Helen was a qualified kindergarten assistant for 25 years before joing us.  She loves working with people and assisting them with their needs.  Her interests include working out at the gym, gardening and watching her beloved Brisbane Lions play.
